Practical tools for physical therapists, built by a physical therapist. They open in your browser, with nothing to install.
The tools
Each tool opens in your web browser. There’s nothing to install, and every one produces a document with your practice’s name and logo on it.
Write a complete, structured musculoskeletal ultrasound report without starting from a blank page. Choose a region, record your findings, and watch the report build itself as you go.
Put your strength testing in context. Compare your patient’s results with published norms matched to their age, sex, activity level, and sport, and give a professional summary to the patient and referring provider.
Patients almost always ask for a letter at the very end of their visit or after their visit is supposed to be over. Fill in a few details, and get a clean, professional letter on your letterhead in seconds, not minutes.
These tools run entirely in your web browser. Nothing you enter about a patient is sent to us or to anyone else, and your account never holds patient records.
Your account keeps only your own professional details, such as your name, practice address, logo, and signature, so they fill in automatically in every tool.
Signing in
Choose a tool, then type your email address on the sign-in screen.
We’ll email you a 6-digit code through Cloudflare, the service that keeps the tools secure. Enter it and you’re in.
Add your name, practice details, logo, and signature. Every tool fills them in for you from then on.
You’ll stay signed in for a few weeks on that computer. If the code doesn’t arrive within a minute, check your spam or promotions folder.
On a shared clinic computer, use Log out when you’re done.
Who made these
These tools were made by a practicing physical therapist. Each one started as a solution to a real problem in daily practice, and each is shaped by how clinicians actually work.

No. Everything you enter about a patient stays in your browser and is never sent to a server. The only copy of a finished document is the one you download or print. Your account stores only your own profile: your name, practice details, logo, and signature.
Yes, but there’s nothing to set up. The first time you open a tool, enter your email address and the code we send you. That’s your account. There’s no password to create or forget.
Yes. You can download a finished document or copy the text and paste it into your EMR, attach it to a visit, or send it to a referring provider.
It covers the large majority of findings you’ll see in everyday MSK ultrasound practice, but no structured tool can anticipate every case. That’s why you can download any report as a Word document and edit it freely, adding unusual findings or wording it your way before you sign it. You can also copy the text and edit it in your EMR.
Yes. Add your practice name, address, logo, and signature to your profile once, and every report and letter comes out clean, polished, and professional, ready to hand to a patient or send to a referring provider.
No. They help you organize and present your findings. You’re responsible for reviewing every document before you sign or send it.
